How we will rate our experience:
It will be based on a 5-point rating system. The rubric is very simple and made for the common man and woman. The higher the better. It incorporates not only food but other elements that play a role in a restaurant, but will still be called Our Food Scale (OFS).
This will be the first of many to come. It definitely needs to be modified.
